This presentation will focus on items pertaining to businesses in the recently enacted Consolidated Appropriations Act (CAA) of 2021. Including a summary of the PPP2 (Paycheck Protection Program), Emergency Sick and Emergency Family Leave Benefit under the Family First Coronavirus Response (FFCRA), the Employee Retention Credit (ERC) Taxpayer Certainty and Disaster Tax Relief Act of 2020, EIDL (Economic Injury Disaster Loans) and advances, expanded unemployment benefits and miscellaneous business provisions.
